\u2018If you instruct the brethren in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed\u2019 (1 Timothy 4:6).

Spiritual training<\/strong> refers to God nurturing our faith and relationship with Him through teaching us, correcting us and leading us through life experiences. It is a process of growth and maturity in the Christian life, aimed at developing Christ-like character and deepening one\u2019s understanding of God\u2019s will. Spiritual training is essential for believers to live a life that honours God and effectively serves His purposes.

For new believers or believers<\/strong> who seek to have a foundation of God\u2019s truth, we recommend receiving Spiritual Life Education (SLE) lessons. There are 13 lessons in all, and it takes an average of 1 hour to complete each lesson.

For more mature Christians<\/strong>, we encourage you to attend our spiritual training modules. Each spiritual training module is expected to last 2-4 months and each session is around 60-75 minutes. The modules will be conducted either in English or Chinese. We will study either books in the Bible or a topic related to our Christian faith. We encourage brothers and sisters to commit themselves to each module to gain the maximum benefit.
